If you tend to use your camera on the automatic setting all the time then this is the course to encourage you to try different settings! Starting with a little theory and relating this to your camera, part of the course is a practical photography session using still life and low light conditions, with an outdoor session if the venue permits. The latter part of the day demonstrates Google's Picasa software for downloading and displaying your photos.
Who is this for?
Anyone who wants to learn more about their digital camera and finds the instruction book less than helpful! No computer skills are required as the course concentrates on the camera.
What does it cover?
A little of the camera theory, backed up by clear notes, exploring and finding the settings relevant to your camera, .a practical indoor photography session using still life objects and some dynamic ones, an outdoor session (weather and venue permitting) finally copying the photos onto computers to see the results.
How long is it?
1 day or can be split into several sessions if required
Where is it run?
On your premises or via one of the training centres I use
